Remote-first (Quarterly travel within Ireland)

My client is looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer with strong experience across event-driven architecture, database technologies, and micro front ends, with a wealth of experience in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. If you have worked in a complex fintech environment this will be advantageous, providing an exciting opportunity to join one of the most technically mature development teams in Ireland for one of the world’s most established firms in the fintech space.

Senior Frontend Engineer – Essential Experience:

• 6+ years of experience in hands-on software development, with experience across React and its associated frameworks and libraries.
• Handson experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Solid exposure to Event-driven Architecture/System Design and Enterprise Integration patterns.
• Solid understanding of BDD, TDD, and Test Automation across tolls such as Jasmine, Playwright, Cypress or PyTest.
• Experience architecting front end solutions using NPM, Next.js, or similar, and knowledge of micro-frontend architectures.
• Any experience working within complex fintech or payments environments is advantageous.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic, Agile environment.
• Ability to lead projects or mentor less experienced members of the wider team.
